Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) South Africa and Warehouse Service Provider, DSV Solutions, have scooped a Branch of the Year award for the second time in three years.
This award recognises consistent and reliable service delivery, and the awarding thereof was precipitated by the fact the partnership consistently managed to exceeded financial and operational targets.
Johan Dekker, Managing Director of DSV Solutions stated: “Our team at FCA have managed to consistently surpass their KPIs. They scored a whopping 96% result on their Operations Assessment, making this site the best performing operation within the DSV group. Well done team on this phenomenal achievement!”
The award also honours a commitment to quality, since the partnership needs to meet global standards to be in the running for this accolade, and also needs to make on-going progress when it comes to the creation of value for all stakeholders involved. To achieve this, the partnership must meet various key performance indicators (KPIs) around customer satisfaction.

A new WMS was implemented in 2018 by DSV, and went on to become the best WMS implementation within the Fiat Chrysler and DSV group. Moreover, it was done and reached full operational stability within just one week.
