Global commercial vehicle tech company WABCO, have acquired Canadian aerodynamic device producer Laydon Composites Ltd (LCL) for an undisclosed sum.
Based in Oakville Ontario, Laydon Composites generated $25-million in revenue in 2015, and are continuing in advancements in the aerodynamics sector.

LCL’s collapsible air fairings are said to improve air flow over tractor cabs, therefore reducing fuel usage by as much as 12% and in turn producing lower CO2 emissions.
