For the second time in a row Goodyear South Africa has received commendation for its exceptional employee offerings by the Top Employers Institute.
The Top Employers Institute, globally, certifies excellence in the conditions that employers create for their staff and has announced the results of this year’s research into the employee conditions of significant employers in South Africa.
“We are delighted to be officially recognised as a leading employer, we strive to continuously improve our employee offerings to give our employees a cultivating work environment” said Jean-Jacques Wiroth, managing director of Goodyear South Africa.
Crucial to the certification process is that participating companies must complete a stringent research program and meet a pre-required high standard in order to achieve the certification. To further reinforce the validity of the process, all answers were independently audited.
